Celebrating 30 Years of Progress!  Come Join Us this 4th of July!

The Town of Paradise is celebrating 30 Years of Progress.....The Town was incorporated on November 27, 1979...and we are celebrating by holding an Old Fashioned Picnic in the Park; Paradise Community Park, that is.  The Park is located at Pearson and Black Olive in Paradise and the festivities will begin at 11AM and continue until 5PM.

It will be an awesome Bluegrass Music Festival that begins at high Noon with the famous sounds of The Anderson Family, followed by the Sid Lewis Bluegrass Band and lastly a performance by Mossy Creek that will conclude at 5PM.

Besides all this great Bluegrass music to enjoy, there will be picnic fare food being sold by many fantastic food and drink Vendors on Black Olive.  A menu sampling includes Tri-Tip and Pulled Pork Sandwiches, BBQ'd and Fried Chicken, Shrimp & Crawdad Cocktails, Guacamole and Chips, Watermelon, Pies, Brownies, Strawberry Shortcake as well as Ice cold Sierra Nevada beer being sold at the Beer Garden.

Come help us celebrate and enjoy some great Bluegrass music and delicious food.  Bring a blanket or your folding chairs and enjoy a beautiful 4th of July Picnic!  There is no charge for this event!
